These terms and conditions govern your use of the cold snap club website and online shop. by ordering with us, you agree to the below. if you are unwilling to comply, then you must not use the cold snap club website or online shop for anything.

pricing and payment:

All prices shown up front on the cold snap club website are in new zealand dollars and are exclusive of shipping costs until checkout.

we accept payment by credit card (visa or mastercard) and all credit card payments are processed via paypal. no credit card details are stored.

we do not have any control over additional card fees or any customs or import duties should you purchase from us overseas. you are liable for these costs.

accuracy of content:

we work hard to make sure the description and representation of our products are as accurate as possible when loading them onto the online shop. however, things like colour Representation can be affected or vary slightly depending on the computer system you use. we are not responsible for any colour variation caused by your browsing system. It is also your responsibility to ensure you have measured and are aware of the size of any product you are purchasing. Images on the website are display and marketing only.

For any original work such as commissions, please be aware that these are all original and no one piece can be recreated as they are each unique including the number of skiiers and proportions etc.

product descriptions and pricing are considered current at the time of the initial product uploaded to the website but are subject to change without notification.

The buyer acknowledges that the condition of the artwork may be affected by factors such as environmental conditions, improper handling, or exposure to direct sunlight and Cold Snap Club are not responsible for any wear & tear nor the handling and display of the work following purchase.

SHIPPING:

Both domestic and international shipping is available (please note, for NZ deliveries we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. All deliveries require signature).

For any prints, which are printed and dispatched by www.Endemicworld.Com, New Zealand & Australian orders are tracked and other countries have the option of standard mail tracked / or untracked.

For any merchandise, New Zealand orders are tracked. For any Australian or overseas orders, these can be Sent tracked or untracked. These will be dispatched once weekly.

For any original paintings, these can be sent tracked or untracked worldwide. For New Zealand, I would suggest tracking. Costs are calculated depending on the size of the painting you have purchased and your location.

Please allow up To 5 - 7 working days from dispatch within New Zealand. Overseas will take a little longer (allow up to 3 Weeks). Dispatch will take place once weekly or sooner if Cold Snap Club discusses this directly with you.

Shipping times are ultimately determined by the courier service.

RETURNS:

Should you receive a faulty print or painting, please get in touch within 4 days of receiving your order to discuss. Returns do not apply to discounted items and this is void if you choose a non-signature required service.

For any merchandise purchase, please ensure you order the correct size by using the size guide. If you receive a faulty or damaged piece of merchandise, please reach out within 4 days of receiving your order and we can look into replacing this for you. this is void if you choose a non-signature required service.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements if you change your mind on a piece or wish to swap sizes etc. This is the nature of original work and using “on-demand” suppliers.

We are unable to offer replacements for any original paintings. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please get in touch with us directly. Any refunds will be minus unrecoverable costs.

your privacy matters:

We will never disclose your personal information to any third party not directly involved with cold Snap Club.

The information we collect is used only for purposes of staying in touch and processing your order.

We may therefore have to share information such as your postage address with companies we use to fulfil your order eg the printing companies we use who then deliver your purchases directly to you.

Cold Snap Club reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the buyer's responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
